Port Stephens Strata have been our strata agency for over 10 years and Robyn Windeatt has been the strata manager for the past 3 years. We have found Robyn to be efficient, knowledgeable and well experienced in strata matters. Robyn is friendly and responds quickly and appropriately to our queries. If she doesn’t know the answer to a query, she will find the answer promptly. Our building recently underwent a fire upgrade, in response to orders from Port Stephens Shire Council. Robyn assisted us in handling the tendering process and managing the contractor.
